CANCELLED: Erskine Concert Tonight

The Edinburgh Erskine Christmas Carol Service has been cancelled this evening due to the bad weather. Whilst this is disappointing for everyone, in the interests of safety for those travelling to and from the venue it feels like the correct decision. The Cadenza at Christmas concert, on Saturday, is unnaffected and we look forward to seeing you there – more information is available on our Concerts page.

Going… going… gone!

Cadenza’s Auction of Promises has now closed.  Congratulations to all those with sucessful bids – we raised significant funds to help us on the way to our new CD.  Many thanks also to those in the choir who dontated their time, services and talent to provide the lots.

Don’t worry if you didn’t take part in the auction though – there is still plenty time to help us towards our fundraising.  No better time than tonight – with our Ceilidh!  For more details, see our Concerts page.

‘Carols by Candlelight’ Conductor praises Cadenza

‘Carols by Candlelight’ conductor, Robert Howarth, is full of praise for Cadenza’s performance at the Usher Hall concert on 23rd December 2010, particularly under what he described as “quite tough circumstances”. He said he “thoroughly enjoyed working with Cadenza”
